Employees of NORICS GmbH as well as customers, suppliers and third parties, have the opportunity to report violations.
Violations may include, but are not limited to, the following areas: Human rights violations, fraud, corruption, undue influence, data protection, harassment, international sanctions & embargoes, health & safety, environment, discrimination, criminal offences and infringements.
Confidentiality
NORICS GmbH will protect the identity of the whistleblower. All information received and all documents submitted for reporting will be treated in strict confidence, unless NORICS GmbH is obliged to report all or part of the information to an authority.
No retaliatory measures
NORICS GmbH, its business partners and its employees will not retaliate against any person who makes a report of a violation or participates in an investigation.
NORICS GmbH reserves the right to take disciplinary and other appropriate action against any person who violates this policy by knowingly making false or malicious statements with the intention of falsely initiating or misdirecting investigations.

The data collected by NORICS GmbH via the whistleblowing system is processed in accordance with the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
All necessary precautions are taken to ensure data protection during collection, recording and storage. You have the right to view, amend or correct your personal data.
